See Norway’s dramatic coast in the loveliest of seasons on this short springtime cruise. Sail into peaceful fjords where steep, tree covered slopes rise up to snow- tipped peaks, and majestic waterfalls cascade to the rocks below. Experience the breathtaking beauty of the fjordland scenery, explore the quaint charm of country villages, and walk through the history of old Bergen. This will be a voyage you will remember for years to come.

Valmai is an ex-teacher, with a special interest in traditional crafts, and on this cruise she will be introducing you to Parchment and the skill of English patchwork, which is sewn by hand.
After introducing you to parchment Valmai will teach you further skills which include making gift envelopes and Calligraphy.
Valmai loves the use of vibrant colours and contracting patterns, and will be showing you how to complete some attractive projects, which, she is sure, will lead you on to further creations when you return home.
Patchwork is the ideal holiday activity as you can carry small sections with you to occupy your leisure time constructively.
The finished items will make novel gifts for your family and friends, in addition to being a perfect way of recycling remnants of fabric.
Do come to the classes, as only very basic sewing skills are involved, and the results are so individual and attractive.
